Brochure: Leadership Development Forum
Centerpoint presents a six-month program for supervisors and managers to develop and apply new leadership skills. The Leadership Development Forum includes a comprehensive assessment process including 360-degree feedback and online personality inventories. Each participant customizes their experience through personal goals, individual coaching sessions, application of new skills in the workplace, and use of additional resources.
The Forum addresses the four key areas of leadership: self management, leadership strategy, relationships, and performance management. It also provides an opportunity for participants to learn fundamental leadership concepts and skills, increase awareness of their current leadership style, establish goals for the duration of the forum, and receive on-going support as they apply new approaches in their organizations.
Client organizations can host this program exclusively for its leaders. Centerpoint will customize and co-brand the material for an internal program.
Centerpoint also offers Leadership in Public Safety: The Professional Development Intensive. It is similar to the Leadership Development Forum but is exclusively for leaders in public safety agencies.
